400g rare roast beef
sliced
4 crusty white bread rolls
1 small red onion
sliced
12 Delmaine long sliced gherkins
200g rocket
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Delmaine horseradish
1 tsp Delmaine capers
finely sliced
½ tsp cracked pepper
