Ingredients

  • 400g rare roast beef

    sliced
  • 4 crusty white bread rolls

  • 1 small red onion

    sliced
  • 12 Delmaine long sliced gherkins

  • 200g rocket

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Delmaine horseradish

  • 1 tsp Delmaine capers

    finely sliced
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper

Method

In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, capers and pepper.

Cut rolls in half and top with mayo mix, gherkins, rocket, onions and beef
