Ingredients
400g rare roast beef
sliced4 crusty white bread rolls
1 small red onion
sliced12 Delmaine long sliced gherkins
200g rocket
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Delmaine horseradish
1 tsp Delmaine capers
finely sliced½ tsp cracked pepper
Method
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, capers and pepper.
Cut rolls in half and top with mayo mix, gherkins, rocket, onions and beef
